Training Integrity, Discipline, and Determination Through Aviation… Future Aviators In America
Future Aviators In America Association (F.A.A.A.) is designed to inspire 3rd through 12th grade students and to mentor and coach Middle School and High School students to reach their desire to pursue a career in the aviation, engineering, and manufacturing fields. Through generous monetary donations, and support, along with donations of aircraft flight hours and mentoring assistance, students desiring to build flight time in preparation for college level training for an eventual ATP, Commercial or Private Pilot’s License, or an engineering or aviation manufacturing career, are able to be exposed to and to gain familiarization of the aviation industry, to help them to succeed in their pursuit of their future aviation goals, through the Future Aviators Association.
Youth that choose to be come part of the Future Aviators Aviator’s program are encouraged to have fun and work hard at a young age to sharpen their piloting skills and prepare to work to log flight hours as teens that will be used toward their future flight plans. Excelling in science, technology, engineering, and math (S.T.E.M. training), plus improving listening skills, problem solving and management skills, also becoming very self disciplined, are core principles that are emphasized early for Future Aviators.
